We loved this hotel! Clean and spacious rooms with balcony, delicious breakfast, and helpful staff who spoke multiple languages. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and beautiful views.

Nothing it is perfect.

This venue offers exclusive amenities that make it truly luxurious. Leisure facilities were exceptional, such as the private garden and relaxing TV room. the service was attentive and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. Rooms were equipped with top, of, the, line private facilities, including a spacious bathroom and high, end bedding.

Despite the many positives of this hotel, the one minor issue we encountered was the location, which was somewhat out of the way. this was easily outweighed by all the excellent features available on, site.

Perfect location for exploring, Great customer service Spending the Christmas holidays in Telavi was a great idea, and choosing this hotel was convenient for that. It was placed in an ideal location, which was easy to access the town center, allowing us to explore the city at our own leisure. the staff was wonderful and always available to offer their assistance and advice, which was really helpful. the rooms were cozy and comfortable. the heating system worked well, which kept us warm during the cold nights. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in our room each morning, which was a great way to start the day.

Dirty floors, Poor wifi connectivity Although it was a pleasant stay, there were some negative aspects. the floors were dirty, which was not comfortable to walk on.
